Toi Nail Spa Coral Springs

Very misleading on price!! I showed 2 sample pictures for design and the girl up front told me either one would be $17. I go to check out and they charged me $37!!! The girl said she misunderstood the photo! Never coming again!

Nick always does a great job on my nails. He’s professional, detail-oriented, and always communicates with his clients. Highly recommend!

*Edited to 3 stars because Toi called me back to understand what happened and offered to make it right. This customer care is what I have come to expect and love from Toi so it is very appreciated that the followed up. I will give them another chance* I’ve been to many Toi Spas and the pedicure I received today was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Rushed, rough, and poorly painted nails. I asked for one to be fixed because it was drying with bubbles and the solution was just to add more polish on top. Will not be coming back to this location.

Terrible experience at this salon! The nail tech rushed through my nails, and butchered my finger. I was in and out in 25 minutes, such a bad job. Not to mention how unsanitary she was when I had blood all over my finger!! She used the clear coat and kept dipping it with my blood on the brush back into the bottle. However, I did speak to the receptionist and my nails were free due to the cutting of my finger. Will not be returning to this salon again and do not recommend the tech Cycy.

LISTEN. Hands down this is the GREATEST manicure I have EVER received. My nails turned out better than I could have imagined and I'm going to be staring at them for DAYS. Vincent is truly an artist and a master at what he does! I've never felt more comfortable telling him what I wanted and he not only delivered on a level that exceeded my expectations, but he listened and made the entire process an experience! Everything from reception to the layout and chairs is beautiful! The whole staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! This is my new favorite nail place of ALL time! You guys are absolutely fantastic!
