First thing I said when I sat in the chair, I asked not to file down my nails. It takes me a long time to grow them out, so I didn't care if they were uneven. I never write reviews, but I'm actually upset lol I didn't want them filed. They are now nubs. she was also being rude to me because she was hurting me with the drill, and I reacted to it as one would naturally by jumping because well, if something hurts you jump. And in return, these are the pictures of my nails. and they were done by a lady named sunny.

Such a fun manicure and pedicure experience! Sunny was AMAZING and super talented, friendly, and made the whole appointment fly by. We laughed, chatted, and somehow she still made my nails look absolutely perfect. My hands and feet look great, and I left feeling relaxed, happy, and totally pampered. If you want beautiful nails and a good time, Sunny is your girl.

First time at this Toi location, my tech Grace was super kind and inviting. I've tried other nail salons in the area and this one seems to be one of the better ones. Salon was clean and Grace's equipment was clean. She also did a great job on my pedicure! I will be back!
