EDIT TO ADD: I was contacted by the owner and she was sincerely apologetic. She listened to what happened and rectified the situation with a refund. I went for the very first time to get tips/builder gel on my nails. Firstly, I requested Vee for my appt (as she had really good reviews and others had used her for their short nail beds like I have). I was told Jenn was the one who would be doing my nails today. I picked a neutral color for builder, but Jenn made said the pink was better. I said I still wanted neutral and then she said the pink one would last longer and was better. I don’t have experience, so even after saying I wanted neutral I just went along with it after she started doing the pink. After multiple times through the process of telling her it was too pink, she finally did

They are absolutely the best! Jen always crushes my complicated nail request. Their pedicures are heavenly as well, I recommend asing for Rachel! I won't go anywhere else! I highly recommend them for a wonderful experience every time!

I recently got an acrylic set done here and showed Tiffany what I wanted and the finished product was nothing like what I had asked for. I felt rushed and disappointed with what my nails turned out like.
