Toe Heaven Nail Salon & Spa

Absolutely RUDE!!! I got my nails done Sunday morning by Monday night two were broke and one chipped and I got no chip polish. The lady who did my nails was very rude and I went back next day to ask if they could fix them she gave attitude and told me they do not repair! She also asked me to pay before my service was even fully done, and told me that was their policy but the girl next to me didn’t pay until the end of her service. I never give bad reviews but this was TERRIBLE! Poor establishment needs to close down and very over priced. I paid $65 for a fill in no chip. Save yourself and stay away from this place! The people was nice when I firsted walked in but started pounding me with additional prices. I kept telling her I only wanted a basic no chip and a basic pedi for my boyfriend. The work was terrible done and their towels smelled like mildew. When it was time to pay , extra charges came out of nowhere. The next day I woke up and saw the polish came off. THE NEXT DAY ! I literally went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 4am and saw my polish missing. This was not worth $100!

The nail tech was so nice and really gave an awesome massage on my feet and calves, so I really hate to leave less than a five star review but there really needs to be more training at this establishment as far as nails go. Due to the language barrier, he accidentally put the wrong polish on my nails. When he understood his mistake, he tried to remove it by drilling it down which hurt and then he buffed it and buffed my skin in the process until it started bleeding. The owner was more concerned with the money and a tip than what happened and didn't offer a refund or discount. Even though she didn't do exactly what I wanted it still came out amazingly gorgeous!!! Her attention to detail was outstanding! The prices are beyond reasonable and the cat eye collection is definitely different and better than most salons ive been to.I will be back and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

So disappointed,got my Mani & pedi done pedi was Ok but mani was horrible…. I was trying to hard to like them but it’s only been a week & my nails are looking so bad… they didn’t even remove my cuticles or anything I asked for a curved French tip & this is what I got… I still tipped & paid but honestly NEVER AGAIN
