Did a lovely job on my hair! The salon was clean, comfortable, and the ladies were so nice! Its a bit on the higher side for just a hair cut but they are good at what they do! Hadn't had my hair cut in almost 3 years and was very pleased with the compliments I received and the cut I got! Will go back for sure!

Staff doesn't acknowledge you exist until your stylist gets there. Stylist gave me a great cut. Not the one I wanted, but I probably actually look better with what she did! Talked about some interesting topics. Halfway through my highlights she proceeded to let me know I was going to have to pay an additional $30 (lucky I had it) bc of the products... Seems like something to discuss before you've got me in a situation I can't get out of. So great haircut not what I wanted but great style for me, poor customer service and business practice a little shady

My hair stylist is Mersiha, and she always does an awesome job on my hair! Color and cut alike she always gives me the look I'm after. I have been in Rockford for 26 years and never had a regular stylist until I found Mersiha. I have been going to her exclusively for three years now with great results every time!
