Staff member was helpful and expressed excellent customer service skills. Very friendly and encouraged sales. The building is clean and smells good. Quiet atmosphere and many selections to choose from.

They are very expensive. I paid 15 dollars for 2 of the 3packs of prestreched hair so he basically charged me 7.50 a pack which is to high every one else charge 3.99 a pack. Also they don’t have any prices on their merchandise which is very confusing. But as far as cleanliness yes it was clean but I mean I never seen a dirty hair store sooo…

First off-You can tell they take pride In their business! The outside is just as Beautiful, clean & professional as the inside!! Customer Service- She went way up and beyond what she needed to! Small store but it had more of the supplies I was looking for than other beauty supplies in the area. I loved how the CSR was not following me around. The CSR also was friendly and very informative about the products. I will be returning soon!!!
