I have been coming to Josephine since she opened in Pompton Lakes. I am so happy that I found her!! Josephine knows her business and it shows. I bring my daughter to her too. Reasonable, professional, honest and I always leave satisfied.

I came in for a haircut with Josephine and left extremely satisfied! Josephine was incredibly friendly and explained exactly how she was cutting my hair, which was really interesting! She was very friendly and professional, and the price for a wash, cut, and blow dry was very fair! I highly recommend coming here and will be returning for my next cut :)

Had an amazing experience with Josephine! I have really curly hair so I'm always hesitant to go anywhere other than cities to get my hair done...was tired of traveling 30+ mins and found her by pure luck! When she works her magic, my hair always looks amazing, she doesn't burn/smoke it out when blow drying it and she's quick, so whenever I'm in a rush (which feels like always), she moves accordingly and the quality does not falter. Started as someone I went to for the occasional blow out to someone I now trust to cut and color my hair and I have no complaints!!! I absolutely love getting my hair done by Josephine. I came in today with half purple hair and wanting to do something a little more natural. She did a fantastic job! She got all the purple out and gave me exactly what I wanted, while still keeping my hair healthy! Definitely recommend!
