TO BE NAILS & SPA

This place is the best and I love Cherry! I have been going too her for years for gel mani and pedi. She always makes my nails look great and sometimes I let her choose the color for me! She makes great recommendations. Everyone is great here and very friendly. Very convenient and you will not be disappointed. Check them out.

I was fairly disappointed about the services I received for the price I was charged. For a spa pedicure, gel X manicure and simple design, I was charged $150 and spent 3 hours at the salon. I showed my nail tech the pink nail picture for inspiration for the stars. The blue/purple nails are what I received. The design is sloppy and my nails are crooked. The staff was very friendly and my pedicure was lovely, however! TL;DR - The cost, time spent, and poorly done manicure are not worth it, though the staff are friendly.

I normally don’t leave negative feedback, but I had to this time to warn others. I hadn’t been to Tobe Nails Salon for a couple of years because of the lack of nail polish selection. Anyway, I went back yesterday because I wanted a simple pedicure and gel take-off manicure. The tech I usually go to is no longer there, so I didn’t request anyone specific when I made the appointment. The technician, Ha, was rude and rushed through the entire process, which made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. She over-trimmed my cuticles, and at one point, I was so scared that she would clip my skin as she was trimming and kept looking at the front doors. As you can see from the pictures, the old gel was not completely removed, and they charged $5 for gel removal. Anyway, the service

This nail spa is one of my favorites to go to! My girl Nancy always hooks me up with beautiful nails and is so nice ! The other techs are great as well and always providing excellent service. From the nail art down to the wonderful massages given during service I stay coming back:)

Have been coming to this nail salon for years and love seeing Kiem for gel nails and getting my eyebrows done as well! She always takes extra time to help me find the color I want to match any color I bring a photo of. Everyone is very nice and it’s a clean place. Totally recommend!
