TNT NAILS THE WOODLANDS

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines. I got Gelx and we both classic pedicures. I love the service and the staff. The vibe is very friendly and professional at the same time. Kim did my hands and i love it. She said she’s pretty new, but very fast. Can’t wait to come back!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I came in expecting a relaxing pedicure, but instead left with injured toes and a very poorly done service. What makes this even more upsetting is that I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for about two years. Because of that, I trusted their professionalism and care. Unfortunately, the way this appointment was handled is completely unacceptable. During the pedicure, the technician cut several of my cuticles so deeply that they started bleeding. Today the skin around multiple toes is inflamed, painful, and looks like it may even be getting infected. A professional pedicure should never cause this kind of trauma. I absolutely love this nail shop and always have an amazing experience every time I come in. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly talented. I especially want to shout out Eddie, Tin, and Astrid because they are all incredible at what they do. Eddie does an amazing job on my pedicures and is always willing to fix or adjust anything I need or want without hesitation. He really pays attention to detail and makes sure you leave happy.Tin is such a great nail tech he’s always open to trying my crazy designs and never makes me feel like an idea is “too much.” He’s creative, patient, and consistently delivers exactly what I’m looking for. Astrid is amazing with artwork and has such a sweet personality. She’s so talented and makes the experience even better with her kindness and care. R

I’m so surprised and disappointed with my most recent (and second) visit to TNT Nails. The first time I went was back in May of this year. I researched hard for a great place because I needed to get my nails done for my wedding. The male in the shop, I believe the shop owner, and his sister did a phenomenal job. I went for the second time this last Friday, December 19th. I walk in, speak to the same guy from before, tell him what I want and he gets started on my nails. Before he even did anything, I specifically told him my cuticles and the skin around my nails really needed to be cleaned up and he said “the shellac will cover that.” Yeah right… Strike 1. He clips my nails, glues some length on, files them to my preferred shape, and then I mention that almost all my nails look crooked. H

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I go every two weeks and get pedicures with Eddie and my nails done by Tin and Astrid This is just some of the nails and toes they have done. I’ll never go to another place
