TNL Nails and Spa

This is what I got and the last picture is what I asked for. I was prepared to spend premium price for nail design on a manicure and pedicure. But last few times I went here I did not leave satisfied. This time around she did not do what I wanted. And the color was mushy. No, I did not get gel because I wasn’t planning on keeping this color on my nails for very long so I didn’t need a polish that lasted long, but this polish was clunky and mushy. In the last time I came here they didn’t even give me the color I picked out. As a result, I ended up going to the nail salon across the way to have them fix my nails. The guy actually took his time gave me the color and design I wanted. Imperfections from her sloppy pedicure, and as a result, I ended up getting a manicure. I’m not coming here aga

10-year customer and today was unacceptable. Seated at 5:51 PM and by 6:09 PM she was already trying to apply polish. She didn’t ask what pedicure I wanted, skipped basic steps (no curette), and was so rough that she made my cuticles bleed. I had to stop the service myself. When I complained, instead of apologizing or fixing it, I was told maybe next time someone else could do my pedicure. Completely careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

My wife wanted a pedicure before our cruise and we just happened upon this place while looking for another place. We walked in just before 10am. And they were not busy. But by 10:20 there was a 20 minute wait. She said this was the best pedicure she has ever had, Kelly was the technician. She said the price was great. They gave her fast service and the massage chairs were excellent. I counted 11 technicians working on people.

One of the best places for a manicure and pedicure. The staff combine professionalism with genuine warmth, creating a consistently welcoming experience. Every visit feels both relaxing and uplifting, thanks to their attention to detail and friendly atmosphere.

I’m tired of the quantity over quality. You never get what you pay for. I was done in less than 45 minutes pedicure and manicure. 3 minute leg rub no callus removal, no leg scrub, no towel wrap because my pedicure was $30 and not 40 so you get 30 minutes. It wasn’t. Even when you pay more you don’t get more. They all suck. They don’t care. They are there for a quick turn over. I had a good experience here before but I must have spent a lot more. This lady made 2x what I make in less than a hour. It was $20 for a manicure no extras and no polish. Won’t be returning.
