So I have only recently moved into the area and tried this salon out a couple of times. Due to my last experience I will probably not be back. My experience over the phone is always questionable considering that if a tech answers the phone they always have to pass it off to someone else rather than being able to answer questions asked about service. My first time calling was on a Sunday, I was told it was too booked out for a walk in/ make any appointments & then had to seek service elsewhere. My first appointment I just had acrylic removed. My second appointment I asked for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. The vibes are always busy. This is no longer the nail salon I will be going to. To plan a special day with my daughter on valentines day I made us appointments for that day but when I called to verify our appointment was at 11am, they never had my appointment! And yo reminder I made this appointment well in advance because of the day and wanted to make sure we had a spot. This is truly sad and messed up my daughter’s day. She was very excited and had to break the news to her. BIG MESS UP!!

I took my 14-year-old for a manicure and pedicure, and while the work was okay, I was really disappointed with the price. They charged $125 for a kid’s mani and pedi, which is ridiculous. It feels like they’re taking advantage of homecoming season and trying to overcharge young girls. I expected better honesty and fairness. Definitely not worth the price for what we got.

Wonderful and clean place! I always had trouble keeping acrylic nails on before going here now I don’t have to worry about them coming off or the polish chipping! Best staff too!

I had an awesome experience at TNC Nails! They fit me in right away, which was a huge plus. I’ve been to the nail salon at the mall a few times, and the work there has been pretty disappointing, but TNC Nails really impressed me. The technician was thorough, and my nails turned out perfect. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend them if you want quality work and great service.
