TN Nails & Spa

I took my daughter for a pedicure for her birthday, halfway through a cockroach crawled on her, they stopped 3 times to kill very large ones. The sweet toddler they have at one point was playing with a bug crawling on him and tried to eat it. I love children so im not complaining for my sake but for that baby! A strawberry was thrown in my foot soak, then he crawled in the water not once but twice, again not a huge deal to me, however all my dead skin was floating in there, water was never changed and It was disgusting for the baby, all that I would have never said a word, but the roaches crawling on us and on the floor was unacceptable. We not only paid 200$ for this terrible service but threw our socks and sweaters away in fear of bringing a bug home with us. At one point I kindly said I

What I asked for vs. what I got. Nails were chunky & wide & shop offered no resolution. They have poor customer service, I did not scream nor use profanity & they still hung up on me.

Went in with picture of what I wanted color is accurate however I asked for acrylic she insisted on dip they are dented and uneven. My pedicure was great til the paint asked to match nails it doesn't even come close. This took 3 hrs!! I unfortunately won't return.

First of all I’ve never wrote a bad review towards any business! I went end to get new gel polish and my nails are so then and damaged now :( I’ve always had hard nails but my nails with the gel polish on is so thin they are bending and breaking off!! I’ve cut them back as short as possible hoping that will help and I guess I’ll have to do that for several months. I didn’t get the male nail techs name but I was there a month earlier and he started drilling on my nails and I actually had regular polish on (not gel) that polish remover is all that was needed. A female tech took over! She’s who I ask for this time but I was ignored and was placed with him. I should have got up and walked out but sadly I didn’t!

I went in today to get my nails done and was very disappointed. The main technician was constantly on her phone texting while working on my nails, which felt very unprofessional and rude. When you’re providing a service, the customer deserves your full attention. Fortunately, another younger lady later stepped in and did a good job finishing my nails. However, because of my overall experience, I will not be returning.
