TLC Nails

Today was mine & my mom’s first time coming to TLC. When we got back in the car after our service, we looked at each other and agreed we would DEFINITELY be back. We both walked in for simple pedicures. It was a wonderful experience. The girls really take their time, the foot massage was probably the best one I’ve ever had with a pedicure, and they even do a hot wax treatment on your heels to ensure extra soft skin. The salon was very organized and clean. They were all so friendly, were professional the whole time, and my mom and I were both very pleased with everything. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE customer service not to mention the first time I came here and got a gel manicure it chipped and came off after four days. I just walked into this establishment asking if I can get a massage which it literally has on their board reflexology and usually every single nail place I’ve ever been to has shoulder massages for example for 10/15 min. Instead a rude customer, goes massage what massage interjecting herself to which the coworker said the same thing to me. I will never be back to this establishment. Avoid at all costs unless you want chipped nails and horrible customer service.

Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Great service. Really thorough. They gave a nice back and shoulder rub after the manicure which was really nice. Prices are a little less if you pay cash. I included all their price signs because I can never find prices online for places like this!

Updated review, French tip and toes came to $155 total. I mean they’re good but not great, I would’ve went elsewhere for that price. Response to Rachel: Hi. I know who you are because I usually ask for you. You do a great job! However, at the time of my appointment you were out that day so you couldn’t possibly know what I received. My nails were not long at all, at the time I recently was discharged from the hospital for cancer. The polish on my toes completely came off within the same week but this isn’t the first time it happened so i honestly blame myself for making the same mistake twice. Everyone was friendly and we were talking about what I do for work (also my mistake) resulting in me being charged a higher price than normal. The prices should be transparent and the staff should
