Best nail salon I have ever been to. They do amazing work and have the friendliest customer service. I got my nails done and it was too long so I went back to get them shorter and they fixed it very nicely. Chinh Nguyen is great!!

Got a manicure here for the first time and already planning to book the next one! Chinh is very fast and skilled at extensions and delicate designs and delivered exactly what I wanted. Asia is very precise with French tips. Update: This is my go-to nail salon now!! The nails I get here never chipped and look the same after a week.

Have been going to this location for decades through two owners. Kim who previously owned the shop took great care selling her business to Chinh who is fantastic and a pro as well. Everyone is so kind, pleasant, and professional. If there are special request or wishes Chinh always makes sure you are taking care of by a manicurist that is skilled to make it happen. There are a lot of unique designs, methods and requests from the wide range of customers they have, they can do it! They have a terrific reputation and big following of customers. You will not be sorry, trust me! When I travel I never let any other shop do my nails, I wait until I am home to get it done perfectly. Also, try to make an appointment they are very busy and popular, but they will make it their priority to accommodate

I was a customer here for over ten years and stopped using their services last year because I was treated very rude by Chen. I had booked an appointment to get acrylic nails and in the middle of my appointment someone walked in off the street to ask if she can get her eyebrows done and Chen left me in the middle of the process for 15 minutes at the seat while she did someone else’s eyebrows I was very angry when she returned and I said that was very rude and she said she much prefers to do eyebrows and maybe I should book with somebody else next time so I haven’t been back there since. I now go to pretty in Nails and they couldn’t be more accommodating

I can’t believe I was treated like this! If you wanna be treated like garbage, go there! I’ve been a regular for 3 years, Chen has always done my nails but she became so entitled thinking she is the best that when she messed up my nail ombre and I gently told her it’s the opposite as I showed her a picture before starting, she snapped and started yelling at me saying don’t tell me what to do! She kept yelling and said I should look for somewhere else because I gave her a comment. She messed up eventually and I told her you need to respect your customers! No loyalty, no respect and no apology! Never again!!
