Very disappointed. Instead of detangling my hair, the stylist cut right through the knots, leaving it uneven and shorter than I asked. Unprofessional and careless

I arrived at 9am and greeted by Carmen to get my hair braided on a Thursday morning. Professional, clean and quick. It was for braiding only but she was done with my hair by 10am. She was great. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I come to get my hair dyed. NEVER AGAIN! I came after work and I immediately ask the lady if I can get a hair cut and my hair dyed, she says yes.. I ask her if they take card, they say "no, only cash!" I asked her how much would she charge me, I show her the picture and she gives me the price. I go get cash out, come back, sit and wait.
