I came in looking for vacation nails. A pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was nice I had a wonderful conversation with the tech. The place was run down which is fine because I really don't mind that I mainly mind the quality of the service as I get my nails done religiously every 2-3 weeks. My manicure was horrible. The tech was on TikTok the whole time or texting friends, once again which isn't a problem for me but stopping/rushing service to respond or swipe to the next video or comment is inappropriate. I work in service as a hairstylist and I would never do that. The filing of my previous color and set was done on the most rigid attachment and not buffed out to smooth after. At this family shop, the brother who does the tips at the shop has disappointed me twice already. I’m not giving him another strike. He is not focused, he rushes the job and he left the space in between my tips and nail bed. He insisted that it was like that because my nails are too short 🤔. My nails have been short my whole life and I have had many tips sets. All of the tips besides his adheres to my nail. This space leaves me at risk for fungus. He also left crusted acrylic residue on my fingers and said it will come off when I go home and wash them, which is true but when I walk out of a nail salon after handing you $90 for my service, I deserve to go out with my nails looking flawless. You just lost my business. Not worth it!

First let me start by saying, the place was very clean. The employees were extremely nice, and very polite. I will say they do amazing hi tech nail designs, amazing work with that they do. However, with that being said, I will say they did a horrible job on my nails, as seen in the pictures. The pedicure was great. They took their time, however as seen in the pic, 3 days later and already it peeling, not good. I called prior to going into inquiry if they do SNS, they said they do, however it was not the SNS brand(that was okay, as I know they have other brands out there).
