TKO Suites of Midtown Atlanta

I have been with TKO several months now. From Day 1 the customer service provided to me and my clients has been awesome! The space is very well appointed, very clean with several amenities without nickel and diming you. Rebecca on the finance team has been great to work with and helped me find a solution that met my needs. Then there is Lena, the absolute "boss" of the office - always smiling and willing to help. Clients love her. So, if you are looking for an office space, schedule a tour with Lena and let her show you why TKO Midtown rises above the competition (I looked at five different spaces) !

I’ve had a shared suite with Kendra of Define Skin and my experience at TKO has been great for the first year headed into our second. Our receptionist Lena has been amazing! Lena has gone above and beyond to ensure we’ve gotten the suite we really wanted. I love that she’s always on top of everything and attentive. If we need something she stops what she’s doing to make sure we have what we need. If you’re looking for an office space stop ✋ here guys. TKO is your place.

Lena is the absolute best at her job. Everything is solved with ease and she has the best communication skills to inform us about what’s needed or any changes in the building. She always has a big smile and is ready to help out. I’m glad I found these offices

Worst office suites in town. I would not recommend to anyone. Lena is Very unprofessional. She will yell at you, enter your suite without permission and violate the your space. They don’t plan on giving anyone their deposit back and will force you out to bring in someone “who wants to pay more”.

It is such an inconvenience that sometime no one is at the desk to release mail. The same person is working between offices, I commute from Sandy Springs to pick up my mail and someone should always be available during office hours but that’s not the case. They will charge you a per day storage fee if you don’t pick up your mail, I guess you must come when it’s convenient for them. I travel a lot so coming within the time frame to avoid additional fees is essential which is why I feel someone should always be available during business hours.
