TK Nails Spa & Waxing

I have been coming here for years with my family, and we typically have a very pleasant experience. However, today I went in and received a pretty disappointing experience. I can’t speak for all of the nail artists, and the two who did my nails didn’t mention their names. However, the man who did my pedicure completely rushed through the whole thing, didn’t give even a minute of a massage, and also didn’t even bother to let the hot towels air out for a second before putting it on my skin. I made it clear it was a bit too hot (because he was burning me), but he did continued to do the same thing to my other leg. My gel manicurist didn’t paint my entire nail (picture provided), and it looks like my nails are a week grown out and I literally just got them done. The only nail prep done was a b

Staff was very nice and the whole set was done in under an hour!!

Terrible experience. She cut my finger while removing gel and then blamed in on me. Then, she did not push back or remove my cuticles. She went straight to painting. I was left with nail polish all over my fingers... would not go back ever!

had a male manicurist who pulled at my cuticles so hard that they bled.. they all pretty much shrugged it off and I paid full price but won’t come back again. Injury aside, this also could have been done better. Also kept insisting that I get extra nail services that I’d already declined.

My favorite nail place EVER. Ask for Bihn, he is the best, always so accommodating and careful as he works his perfection! Every experience i’ve had here is amazing. I would highly recommend TK to anyone.
