This is a follow-up to my original review, today is Sunday Sep. 28th. 2025, my original review is below and was posted 6 days ago. I think anytime a review is posted for there to be a follow up so others have updates and are well informed on poor reviews. The managers original response to my review (a screenshot will be provided) offered my mom and I a complimentary re-service, but today when we went back to redeem that offer, it was withdrawn and we were told we had to pay because it was outside their three-day policy, to which I did. The manager changed their response to my review to hide behind policy instead of honoring their word showed inconsistency and poor customer service. Update: Yesterday an other nail popped up. Before applying builder gel you need to apply binder. And before applying color you need to have a base coat. Nothing was done right. Maybe learn first before charging people money?’ Never in my life such awful experience!!! Paid $65 + tip for sculpting gel nails – one fell off in just 2 days, and when I went back they tried to charge me again. The administrator was rude and backed out after offering to check the camera. No refund and no proper repair.
