Not sure what’s on managements mind but bring stock out on a Saturday night at Christmas is a terrible decision (pics attached) we could not walk the aisles and a cart is completely out of the question. I’ve had issues here before. All the employees walking around complaining they should be in service and recovery and not bringing out product sooo they get it.. anyways… not the best experience

It's a nice store. It looks like a newly open store and it's full of stuff. One that's a bit more organized and it's better than the two I stay around and been to.

I am not a big shopper, but I was out looking for a specific piece of furniture. Johanna, the store manager, went so far out of her way to be helpful to me. Such great customer service!!! You can tell she cares about her staff and customers. I will be back to shop here although I am not sure my husband will be super happy about that😂😂

We have shopped at the valley ranch TJ maxx for years. They have always been extremely kind and helpful. Joanna the manager is so helpful and kind! Shout out to Cedric and Harrah too! There’s been a few others that have been extremely helpful also finding my perfect gift! I highly recommend this store! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The cashier working checkout 1 yesterday around 10:30am ish was amazingggg. I have never seen anyone that talented of making small talk. Especially with no awkwardness. I mean you would've thought she was in sales but how in depth she went with the items I got. Like probably the best retail customer service I've seen.
