I found a jacket that fit me perfectly. No price tag. Am employee looked for 30 minutes through all the coats to find a similar jacket for the price but it was the only one, she took it to the managers office and took my number and told me she would call me when they get a price for it. No one called, I called them back and they said the jacket was gone. I’m guessing someone else liked it as much as I did and took it for themselves. Really sad, I was really excited to buy it.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this TJ Maxx today. I went in intending to purchase a stainless steel All-Clad pan, but the one I selected did not have a price tag. It was a medium-sized pan and the only one of its kind in that section, so I asked the cashier if someone could check the price. An associate returned with a different All-Clad pan than the one I had chosen and told the cashier it was $200. I recognized that pan as one I had seen earlier in the section, but it was not the same item I had selected. When the price was relayed to me, I declined the purchase because I had seen the same pan priced lower at Williams Sonoma. As I declined, the associate made a comment to the cashier saying, “Yeah, that’s what I thought.” The remark was unnecessary, dismissive, and unprofess

The store is always well-organized, with a fantastic variety of clothing, home decor, kitchenware, and more. I’m always amazed at the unique and stylish finds at such affordable prices. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the shopping experience enjoyable. Whether I’m hunting for a new outfit or the perfect accent piece for my home, T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods in Mundelein never disappoints!

I found a very cute sweater today perfect for fall/winter, however Olha’s customer service wasn’t so great. I really love this store as I have found many great products. I wish employees like her would at least have a smile on their face and not stare at me like she didn’t want me there.

I love this store. Every day is a new adventure. But, if you see something you like - buy it as 8t may not be there the next time you come. Seriously - buy it. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean.
