I will never shop at this location ever again. The manager is a very rude man. I bought a sleeping cap right before I went out of town and during my trip it started coming apart from the seam. So when I returned from my trip I took it back to the store along with the receipt to show that I just bought the item and it should not be doing this within just a week. The manager actually accused me of doing something to the cap and wouldn’t even do a simple exchange. I told him all I did was put it on my head. All I was trying to do was an exchange but clearly a manager would have to know what customer service means. I hope customers can find another location to shop at so they won’t be treated the same way.

Just left there, and an older oriental man was So Rude. I asked him for help finding a product and after he rudely showed it to me, he said, "just read, can you read?" I was so shocked! Yes sir I can, the product was not where it said, and I have a doctorate degree. I hate when people that you are providing a livelihood for, are so unappreciative of that fact, that they can disrespect and treat their patrons so rudely!

I really don’t understand why this company is still running very rude people,horrible attitudes the store doesn’t even look professional for them to act the way they do..Very argumentative sale representatives.They don’t even deserve a one star review!!!

Helpful workers whom are Veteran friendly, Great prices.

I just bought bulk hair and returned it 15 minutes later due to it being shorter than what’s advertised on the pack. The receipt says all sales final on everything else except what I bought. I returned it and was shown a sign posted way above my head stating all sales final. This is predatory as I’m 5’2 so looking up 18” above my head isn’t ideal.
