My girlfriend and I were out visiting my folks for a few weeks in Newton and the collective thought was that a haircut was long overdue. Had a reservation w Monique not only did she rush through cut. But had no system. My mom is beautician I have seen people cut hair. She just grabbed random places and cut. Not what I asked for and long and short uneven pieces all over. Worst is I don't trust her to fix it. Next time quit rushing I paid 75$ for junk I have to go pay to get fixed. The owner knew how to cut I was watching him. Maybe I'll try him but idk this left sour taste in my mouth. U pay for a pro u expect a pro cut she spent 15 mins

My guy LG got me so right today. We were feeling creative so we created a new cut. “I am the beast”. I’ve honestly never had a better experience in a barbershop in my life. This dude has the best energy from a barber I ever seen. When that guy got his own music on he turns into a literal chef. That boy nice with the clippers for sure

I used to love this place—it was a great barber shop with high-quality cuts. Unfortunately, like many businesses these days, the barbers seem rushed and are racing against the clock to finish jobs quickly. The focus on quality just isn’t there anymore, which is disappointing after being a regular for so long.

I’ve been going to see Dany in Newton for 5 years. The service is always excellent. Dany is great to talk with and knows exactly how my cut should be. Highly recommended.
