I’ve been a regular for over a year now, and the experience is consistently excellent. My barber, Jeferson, is a true professional. He takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and executes it with precision—his lines are always sharp, and the layering is spot-on. Beyond the cut, his product recommendations have been valuable for my daily routine. It’s also a family-friendly environment; I’ve started bringing my 12-year-old son here as well. I’m the most pickiest when it comes to my hair and for months I tried every barber in the town of Framingham but I wasn’t satisfied. But I finally went to the Natick mall and found Title City and met Jay. Man , he made me feel like family and did an outstanding job on my hair & my beard so I’ve become a regular and also take my 3 toddlers to go see him. It’s been almost a year now and Jay has been more than my barber he became family and takes great care of my kids . Always advices me on how to continue taking care of my hair including suggestion what to use in my curly haired boys . Jay at Title City Barbers in the Natick Mall is hands down one of the best in the game. From the moment you sit in his chair, you can tell he takes pride in his craft. He listens, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, sharp cut every single time. The fades are tight, the beard work is on point, and he makes sure you leave looking squared away and confident. I’ve been going to Gus for my haircuts and beard shaving, He always does an outstanding job! He’s incredibly thorough and has a great eye for detail, giving me a modern, sharp, and crisp look. The atmosphere at the barbershop is really nice, and it’s super convenient since it’s located in the mall with plenty of parking. I also love the combo of the hot towel shave along with the haircut; it’s a great touch and very reasonably priced for the quality of service you get. Highly recommend Gus!
