Titan Dental

We had such a wonderful experience at Titan Dental! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and completely at ease. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional — you can truly tell they care about their patients. Char greeted us with warm smiles, Stacy did an excellent job with our cleanings, and Dr. Chapman took time explain any concerns he encountered. The entire office felt clean, organized, and comfortable. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for, but Titan Dental exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist and an amazing, friendly staff!

Clinically, this practice is excellent. If I was solely rating the practice clinically, it would have been without a doubt 5-stars. You will get outstanding care here! However, I had (and still have) a billing issue. It took a long time (several weeks) to get partial resolution. Promises were made to further look into my issue and give timely feedback (promised call-backs or return emails). However, after several weeks of phone calls and emails, I no longer received promised communications from two different administrative personnel. My issue is still unresolved. I am done calling and leaving messages and writing emails that get no response, my time is as important as anyone else's. Everyone in this office is great. They are very friendly and provide excellent service. I have been seeing Dr. Chapman for several years. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. Very gentle giving shots, I never feel the needle going in. Absolute best in providing excellent dental care. He has done all my all my upper and lower implants. They are awesome! Dr. Chapman is the absolute best. He and his staff have taken excellent care of me, my husband, and my children! They were able to create a feeling of safety when I was extremely nervous -and the follow up care was equally as wonderful. It feels like family when I'm there. I just really enjoy it - and who can say that about the dentist....?! :)
