I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your salon. I came in for a basic solid-color gel manicure and a basic gel pedicure and was charged $120. From the moment I arrived, the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was directed to a nail technician who, as I approached the table, looked at me and said, “ugh, I have to do it.” That comment immediately made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed as a client. After I sat down as instructed, she walked away without explanation, and another technician eventually took over my service. While I appreciate that someone else completed the service, the lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing and confusing. Our visit to Tipsy Salonbar was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we walked through the door, the staff took great care of our party of four with no hesitation. The service was smooth, welcoming, and very professional. I received one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had, thorough, relaxing, and truly top-tier. The drinks were also excellent, adding to the overall vibe and making the experience even better. Highly recommend Tipsy Salonbar for anyone looking for great service, great atmosphere, and an overall fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back!

Getting ready for vacation and we stopped in today. My husband had a pedicure and I had both the manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so nice and they took such care with our feet and hands. What a wonderful place and we loved our experience. We will be back again for sure!

I'm usually hesitant to leave reviews, but I feel it's necessary to address the bad service I experienced at Tipsy Bar Salon. I'm a loyal customer and don't mind paying $100+and give tip . However, my recent visit on August 17th was disappointing. I paid over $100 for a gel manicure and pedicure, but the service was lacking. The technician, which is a guy, he didn't clean, scrub my feet properly I even ask him if he can scrub it like others do. I don’t need to request it because is the part of service. the nail job was poorly done. The pictures show the poor quality work. What's more, when I called on August 19th to express my concerns that my nails is peeling. And they told me to come. the lady who attended to me seemed rushed and unhelpful. Brought in my daughter and mom for a mani/pedi polish as walk-ins. They were lovely, welcoming, and gave us all a high quality manicure and pedicure. My daughter smudged her nail after they were done and they didn’t hesitate to fix it. Thank you! 😊
