I am extremely disappointed with my appointment today (11:30 AM – full leg and Brazilian wax). I left less than an hour ago and after getting home, I realized how poor the result actually is. After paying $115, I now have to redo it myself. There is still hair all over my legs, and a large amount of wax was left on my skin. My legs are sticky and clearly not properly cleaned. I will be posting photos as proof. And he bikini area… is even WORSE She TWEEZED my bikini line for almost an hour !!!!! and it’s still not even finished. (I won’t be posting photos for obvious reasons). I understand it can sometimes be difficult, but after almost two hours — including about an hour of painful attempts — I still have a significant amount of hair left. Amanda did my nails and she did a fabulous job, she was very detail oriented and she made sure to ask me if I liked how my nails look during every part of the service which I really appreciated. She was super kind on top of that,I would definitely recommend her to all.

I had never been here before. I called the day of for a Manicure and Pedicure. I was put on the schedule. My Nail Tech was Lance. He did an amazing job and provided a very luxurious experience for me. I received an amazing complementary shoulder massage. I also received a free gift (a nice cup) plus a 30% discount for the holidays. I had an amazing experience. I booked my next appointment with no hesitation. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth my time & money. The place is very clean and very nice. Highly Recommend!
