Tipsy Nail Bar

This was my first time coming here with my boyfriend and sisters. I got my nails and toes done my sisters got their nails painted, they did absolutely AMAZING!!!! They were very very nice and very welcoming the environment was just so relaxing and warming! I absolutely loved the music they played. The two lady’s that serviced me today were very very lovely, they actually talked and held a conversation with me and met everything that I wanted for my nails. They offered wine to me as well and I’m not a big fan of wine but I will say they have amazing taste and I will be buying a bottle for myself at home 😌👌🏻They are also very very baby friendly as well!! I loved this place so much for my first time I will most definitely be coming back here for my nails so I have a scheduled appointment for

Posting from my partners account, but I had the best experience with Kenny yesterday morning. She executed my vision to a T! Her nail art and shaping skills are 10/10 along with being such a sweet and beautiful person to be around. If I can come back before leaving CLT I absolutely will, I’d have no reason to go anywhere else! (Pic doesn’t do it justice, I had to take it w my feet)

Update: Dom gave me a great dip set today. He let me pick a new color. You could tell he really cares about his salon, team, and guest experience. He was kind and clearly very talented! The way someone recovers means everything to me. I am really happy with my experience and have no reservations about going back. Thank you Dom! ——- I have been here three times and loved it the first time. Second time it was fine but this third time I am pretty disappointed. I asked for dip and specifically asked for no gel and somehow got a gel top coat that has already peeled. My nails weren’t filed post dip so the portion near the cuticles is a little thick in some parts and uneven. I also got a pedicure and it was fine. The color is also uneven on some areas. I still give them four stars as again my

I gave this salon many chances because it’s literally right next to me. Even though the first time there was a strong chemical smell, I actually liked the nails. But the next time, when my nail technician was about to do a refill, another technician applied some kind of remover to my nails, then scraped it off — and this is what was underneath. This wasn’t glue or anything else; she literally peeled the product off with my own nails. I had to refuse the refill and ended up covering my natural nails with a sheer color instead. The technician who finished my nails said she had never seen such a removal technique before. It was awkward, but at least the final result was good. I had such a great experience at Tipsy Nail Bar! The space is super clean and beautifully modern — it feels more like a chic lounge than a typical nail salon. They offered me water and wine when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. Dom did my nails and was absolutely incredible — meticulous, friendly, and really talented. I’m so happy with how they turned out! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new go-to spot.
