Tips &Toes Nail Spa

My nails look so silly and embarrassing. The girl that did my nails seemed confused as to what she was doing maybe she was new I don't know. I asked for my nails to be rounded and add tips for length. She added a tip to one of my finger nails making all the rest of them very uneven and not even all the same shape. I got cuts on 3 of my fingers from her nail file. When I asked for them to be done properly I was yelled at by I assume the owner. I will never return and I advise you all not to either.

I brought myself and my granddaughter to get a mani and pedi, Not a very friendly atmosphere, and my granddaughter was not happy with her pedicure. The woman was very rough and very impatient. My granddaughter is only 10. I got a Gel French manicure, My nails are super short and I asked for tips and she said I didn’t eat it. She did the French was absolutely horrible. After five days, it started turning color chipping, and I went back to let them know that I wasn’t happy after paying $42 for a gel French manicure that was the worst I’ve ever gotten As well as my granddaughter’s pedicure I asked if they could please fix them because I was going on vacation. She gave me the hottest time saying that I must’ve put my hand in something that stained the French, which was not true. I had it for f

My first time here and I received a full set manicure and eye brows waxed by Sarah and she was amazing! Great attention to detail and made sure I received what I asked for, my nails look great and my eyebrows are shaped very nicely. Costumer service was A++, definitely will be back!

If I could give this negative stars then I would!! Horrible customer service.. I came here last Friday to get a dip manicure.. they looked great..for one day! The very next day I saw they had cracks on most of them… I messaged the salon and they told me to come back and they’d fix them for me… I go back and the woman was giving me an attitude the entire time! She was not talking to me or answering my questions, she kept getting up in the middle of the”fixing them” and she made them look awful!! She made my nails completely uneven, they are all different lengths as well as super wide and so thick!!!! Once I saw how thick they were I said “you’re not going to keep them this thick are you?” And she said she didn’t want them to crack again…. I was so upset after sitting there I left.. I got t
