Tip Top Nails

Been going here for the past year, shame to say it’s my last time. I made an appointment with Nini. But instead I was sat with some other lady. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued. Unfortunately, she didn’t take all the old dip off, you can see the line from it. The french tip color is crooked, rough on the edges and bumpy. I asked twice to please fix them and i was told she wasn't complete until she was completely done and then told me my nails are crooked. My cuticles were cut twice and bled, nothing was cleaned/sanitized afterwards. Very poor and rushed work. Paying $70 for this is very unprofessional. I never once experienced and of this with Nini or the other two ladies in the back… Just to make other customers aware they don’t take all credit cards like their sign says.

I’m so disappointed to say the least. This is my second time going to this place and this last time was the worse. I noticed they treat people differently based on their skin color. I had requested spa pedicure every time and yesterday this lady working there( I don’t know if she’s the owner or something), she was behaving very cunning towards me because she thought I was black and young. The way she was even talking to me and rushing through every process. She couldn’t get the color I requested and then she got upset when I spoke about it. She grabbed lemon flavor for the pedicure without asking me what I preferred and when I mentioned it, she blamed it on me saying I should have told her what I wanted. She spent 15-20 minutes on the pedicure while her colleagues spent an hour plus on two

I absolutely love that I found this nail salon in my town. It’s perfect. I never have to wait long. My nails have grown so much since I started coming here. I go to Nini. She’s just awesome. They all are very good at what they do. The place is always nice and clean. The music helps me relax so many designs and colors to choose from. I love this place. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to Tip Top Nails for approximately 4 years now, and they are awesome! I usually have NiNi do my nails and my pedicures, but all of the nail stylists have done my nails and pedicures and they are ALL great! If you want beautiful nails or a pedicure, you should consider scheduling an appointment at Tip Top Nails...you won't be disappointed! They do take walk-ins, but if they are busy you may experience a little bit of a wait, while they attend to their scheduled appointments. Rest assured they will do their best to fit you in their schedule. Whether you want beautiful nails or a pedicure, be sure to give them a try...you will be happy with their work! 😃

Here’s my nails that I left with & the inspo that I had given. I asked for chrome and left with glittery nails. $80 later (including tip). I’m too nice/shy to say anything but I’m really wishing I spoke up before leaving because $80 is alot of money to spend on nails to not like them at all… these were also for my engagement pictures. I wanted to find another place to re do them but couldn’t bring myself to spend another $70-80. Been a loyal customer for years since I live right in town but probably won’t be going back unfortunately. This experience made me realize that I need to speak up if I don’t like the service since I’m the paying customer. I just felt bad because she spent alot of time on them and I felt like they were ruined once this “chrome” went on. They’re great if you want bas
