Tip Top Nails & Spa

Came here on a recommendation from my auntie & needless to say I know why shes coming here for 20 plus years. They did a fabulous job on my mani & pedi. The place was super clean a lot of color options & great company. Vicky & crew know how to run a shop & make you feel like family.

Leaving this a few days late, but just wanted to say how happy I am with my gel manicure. I came in with my nails broken and a bit busted up from work, and Vicky’s son in law did a wonderful job making my nails look presentable again! He took my concerns about my nails into consideration and helped come up with a solution. He also does a fabulous job with pedicures! Thank you Tip Top!

Vicki & her team are some of the best in Worcester! My mom went to her starting in 2001 and once I turned 16 I have not gone anywhere else for my nails, toes & waxing! I’ve seen them through two locations, I used to sit with my mom when I was a little girl watching Vicki do her nails. Now, 20 years later, Vicki watched me grow up and will always be doing my nails. Vicki is amazing at her craft, so is her team and is ALWAYS learning and freshening up on their skills. This salon has a family environment that not many other salons provide. They provide caring service, they do not speed through the process like some other salons do. I wish I could give Tip Top Nails 100 stars ⭐️

Update11/2025 : Vicki redid the inside of the Salon it's absolutely gorgeous ❤️❤️ Love Tip Tip Nails been going to Vicki the owner for over 25 years. She is an amazing owner , remembers every clients name, the colors they like. Her heart goes beyond that. During the beginning of COVID-19, she made hand sanitizer and delivered it to nursing homes. Bought face masks with her own money and brought them to the hospitals , nursing homes and even the police station. She is a great friend of mine and I'm proud to call her my friend! And her nail art work is insanely good too! And she stays on top of all the new trends. And I recommend going in 10 minutes early to pick a color lol, she has every color you can think of.

I drive out from Boston to come here once a month! They do amazing work - I always get so many compliments, the dip never chips, and people think my real nails are fake, they're so long and healthy! They even withstood some light rock climbing. I don't have pics of my absolute favorite designed nails though...
