Tip Top Nails & Spa

I Have came here 3 times now. 1st time my toe nails were cut so short they were sore and then the lady made it very awkward as she did the worst 2 minute “massage” on my feet while staring at me. I paid extra for a longer more detailed massage but my aunt who just picked the basic procedure received better and longer service. Fast forward decided to give them another try with my friend and had the same lady who again did the same thing and filed my skin this time so not only were my nails sore but I had cuts above my actual nails from her. I told myself I’ll give them one more chance and just avoid that lady. Well here I am writing this review because this place just sucks. Let me just say thank you TOM for putting up with a customer like me. He does and amazing job for all of my request. I wanted Winnie the pooh drawn and he did just that.. thank you again. I highly recommend Tom or Ty.

Stopped in yesterday while I was in town visiting family for a pedicure and received the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. While I walked in and was seen immediately, the tech was rude, extremely rough with basic movements and cut me on both feet. When I asked if I was bleeding, she said “yes but it’s okay” and continued to be rough. The entire process was sloppy as if she was annoyed, in a rush and didn’t care about the comfort or quality of the service. When it came time to paint my nails, I told her I’d just like a clear coat because I could not wait to get out of the chair. She then asked if I wanted “shellac clear” and I said no multiple times knowing it would be a $20 extra charge. I paid and left as fast as I could. The guy doing my nails was FALLING ASLEEP While doing my nails!!!!! They came off literally the next day!!!!! I was my even doing anything
