Tip Top Nails

I have been going to Tammy for YEARS! She NEVER EVER disappoints me. She knows exactly how I like my nails, the shape, size, trimmed cuticles, everything. She knows how picky I am and everything! I absolutely love her. She is not appreciated enough, so TAMMY, SANDY, AND EVERYONE AT TIP TOO NAILS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, POLITENESS AND SWEET PERSONALITIES.

It seems like I was on a routine of bad luck at nail salons for months. This was the best experience I’ve had in a nail salon in years. I had Tony for my pedicure and Sandy for my dip manicure. Both were so friendly and efficient, but timely. Tony went to town on my calluses lol and my feet look and feel amazing. They took me on time which is so rare these days in nail salons. When Sandy was done, someone came over and gave me an arm massage before finishing. Very nice touch and so appreciated! This will be my “go to” place for sure and idk if I’ve ever truly had that for nails!! MUST try!!!

Update: I started doing my own pedicure at home and realized the technician had used a no-chip polish I never requested. Because of that, I couldn’t remove it myself. I came back to the shop the next day and explained the situation, but was told they were busy and asked to return later. I declined to leave and chose to wait for the next available person to remove the polish. At this point, I’m simply ready to move on and will not be returning. The lack of care, communication, and attention to detail has been disappointing. I really wanted to like this place, and I’ve been a customer since they moved to Wilson Street. We love Tip Top Nails! It’s always so clean. The staff is thoughtful and kind. Tammy did our nail art and it turned out amazingly!

Sandy and Tammy are amazing! I've been going to Sandy for over 2 years and I always get so many compliments. Their new location looks amazing and I love the new metallic colors she has too!
