Tip Toe Nails Spa

UPDATE: a month later and my nails are STILL so painful. The nail is now separating from the nail bed, I still have indentations from where he used the nail drill and now brown lines are appearing. I also added photos. I went in last week to get my gel nail polish removed at they charged me $20. Most salons charge around $10. They used a nail drill to remove the gel and now my nails are so flimsy they bend and hurt. :( would not recommend this nail salon for any service.

A great experience! They squeezed us in as walk ins for a gel manicure. The man who did my nails was conversational and friendly. Very kind and did a great job on my nails. Definitely worth the price! They prefer cash over card because of the fees.

The people are very nice but it's not quality work and it's EXTREMELY overpriced. I paid $75 for a full set with gel color and two little nails stickers. I've never left a bad review for a nail salon but I'm so bummed. My nails are crooked and different lengths, there's acrylic on the sides of my nail and underneath. A full set starts at $45 and apparently gel color is an EXTRA $30 ON TOP OF THAT. That's the price of a gel manicure yet there was no manicure they just sanded my nails down and glued on tips. I've gotten my nails done for years at so many different places and I've never seen someone charge so much extra for gel color over acrylic. I am all for paying full price for quality work but to be so over charged for such poor quality is frustrating. If your prices are that high you sh

So I had a manicure done, and things were good. I thought that the technician was moving very fast though, like she was trying to get rid of me asap. Well she finished painting my nails and didn't give them anytime to dry or cure. So, by the time that I walked out of the door, I had already bumped my nails on things multiple times and messed up my $22 manicure. I've never been to a nail salon that hasn't given me time for my nails to dry or cure them with the UV light. Plus she made me pay for my nails prior to her painting them, which I thought was very odd, so I had to tip her ahead of time too. I didn't really feel cared for and extremely rushed, and I ended up driving away with messed up nails.

I liked my nails! the only few “concerns” i had were that the didn’t measure the nails to see if they were even and both sides, making my nails sizes different. also they do shape after they placing the acrylic. but over all i think it was good because of the great customer service they had. the guy doing my nails was very nice and made conversation.
