I saw Jazz for the first time as I needed a fix on a different persons work that was not what I asked for. Jazz was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We discussed what I wanted, I showed her pictures and she did a great job!! I will be trusting my color and highlights to Jazz going forward. Her price also includes a conditioning treatment which was great! As a bonus was she was skilled at blow drying curly hair strait too!! Highly recommend Jazz.

Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I scheduled an appointment directly with the owner for both my daughter and myself, and I was explicitly told that the highlights service included treatment, haircut, and a complete blow-dry. We arrived on time, fully aware it was a busy day due to New Year’s Eve, and still expected the agreed-upon service to be honored. While my daughter’s highlights and haircut were acceptable, the situation took a very unprofessional turn during the blow-dry. The stylist stopped halfway through and bluntly told me she would not finish straightening my daughter’s hair because she “couldn’t manage it” and preferred to leave it curly. Jazz is a superb stylist to do my shoulder length cut. To prove the point, I was at a large family function right after I did my first shampoo and blow dry after my recent cut. I had to blow dry without a mirror! Three people came up during the event and kept touching my hair, complementing it. It certainly was not due to my finess but to Jazz’s precision layering!

I went to get my hair highlighted. Jazz was amazing she spent time with me and went over all my options. It was such wonderful experience. The salon is so welcoming. I am just really impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and service provided by this salon. Accepting appointments on a very busy day and then failing to deliver the full service that was agreed upon shows poor planning and a lack of respect for clients’ time and money. Clients should never feel that a service is rushed or cut short due to staff fatigue. Additionally, a professional stylist should be properly trained and capable of working with different hair textures. If certain hair types cannot be handled, that should be clearly communicated before accepting an appointment. Honesty and transparency are basic expectations in any professional setting.
