Nancy is incredible! She’s very meticulous and detailed - I was with her for about 2 hours (I had gel builder that needed to be soaked off and that was a process in itself) I asked for long GelX in to be almond shaped with a fun red cat-eye French and she delivered. I got so many compliments about my nails. Very clean salon. They provide you with a phone stand so you can see you messages come through and they’re super accommodating.

I asked for a round Gel-X set and told my nail tech, Amy, exactly what I wanted, but she used short stiletto nails instead. Because of that, she wasn’t able to achieve the shape I requested. On top of that, she didn’t properly soak off the gel set I already had on. Instead, she filed them down and used an artificial nail tip to pry them off, which caused damage to my natural nails. Several of the new nails were glued on crookedly, and I had to convince her to fix at least one that was noticeably off. The French tips were uneven on multiple nails as well. After I calmly pointed out several of these mistakes, Amy started doing my nails aggressively, which made the experience uncomfortable. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment within the hour but also take walk-ins. Salon was very clean. Jenny was an amazing nail tech and took her time with the service. Pricing was fair for a spa pedicure (gel french with gel removal) and it was the best one I’ve ever had. They also gave me a hand/body lotion to take home which was so nice. Definitely will be returning!

This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. As soon as I got home I removed the polish and refiled my nails because it was so bad. Also, there was a young person sitting next to the woman who was doing my nails who seemed to be helping out as a shop assistant who was coughing and sniffling the whole time. I didn't want to get sick, so I asked if she could move to another seat since she was just cutting up napkins and watching the woman paint my nails. They both just ignored me after I asked several times.

I have a Nailery 1 block up the street from me BUT I drive about 30min to get serviced by Nancy!! She is the best to ever do it!! She’s sooo precise, professional, detailed-oriented, a perfectionist, gentle and patient!! I love this place! I get both my mani (gelX) and pedi from here. They are soo kind to even fix my nails should they break out the polish chips! I wonder if they will start offering glasses of wine, maybe a little Moscato for the spring and summer days🤭
