I will never come back to this place, again. I cancelled my upcoming appointments after a rude interaction about me gently knocking on the door before entering. She badgered me like I was a child by asking me rhetorical questions about a sign on the door to this 'less than the best' location. Initially, I was given a list providers to receive treatment from and was a little skeptical at first glance upon selectong Tina. I do not like BAD ATTITUDES and when I come to receive a massage, I come to relax, not be on edge because she wants to exert POWER AND CONTROL. Playing a 'game.' Especially as veterans have PTSD and we do not need to be triggered into anxiety. I didn't even receive an apology, just antagonism. I was totally turned off and feel uncomfortable stepping one foot in this place
