Tina Nails

I went to this salon for a gel nail manicure; however, the manicure came off after only two days. Assuming it was an error, I returned to the salon. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. The staff began speaking in another language about me and gave me unpleasant looks. I later called and made another appointment, but when I arrived, I was told they could not help me, despite the fact that I had an upcoming event. I found their behavior to be very unprofessional.

Came in for a simple dip removal around 4 pm. I wanted a new set of dip nails and a pedicure. I went through 3 different tech each of them making a different mistake on my nails. It took an hour and a half before the dip nails were removed. So long that I did not have time for another set before my appointment, so I asked for a simple manicure to walk out with so I could come back later. It was the worst manicure I have ever had! Goopy with air bubbles and holes made me want to go home and immediately take it off alas I had to take it to my appointment but it was AWFUL

The ladies here provided excellent service that I wished all places provided. I travel for work so I am weary of trying new places. The quality of service is amazing as are the prices. I was immediately sat down for my pedicure, the lady that did the cuticle and callus removal paid great attention to detail and actually did a really nice clean job. Kathy did the gel polish for both my hands and feet and she did a really good quality job. Because I travel for work I tend to go longer periods of times between being able to make it in for my manis/pedis, with the job they did I know I’m not gonna have to worry about chipping. My pedicure was fine, No issues. My refill with gel ? A whole other story. I had 4 different nail techs for this one service. They just get up , swap and don't notify the customer. The person doing my fill had acrylic powder & the solution on his hand , which then transferred to mines & dried up all over my fingers. They do get a lot of business, so maybe I just went on a bad day ? As of now , I won't be back.

I went in to ask for a light purple and they gave me a pink color!!
