I got a simple gel manicure. The woman doing my nails struggled to remove my cuticles and cut me. She ignored the cut and didn’t disinfect it. She mis-shaped my nails and I had to ask for someone who could speak English to help clean my cut and fix my nails. I had to shape my own nails and then the next woman painted gel polish on. The same day the gel polish came off like stickers one by one. The salon refused to give a refund.

I want to be clear that I came here four times before I chose to write this review. This shop has become a chop shop where they just rush people in and out. I got a wax today for the first time and my legs were left with patches and bruises. When I asked for her to stop that I would just pay for the services and go that I was not satisfied. She told me she was doing me a favor by giving me a discount. I work hard for my money. I am a very good tipper and I always call in advance and I’m very polite to the staff. However, this will be my last time going there as it has become a chop shop like I said.

This was an amazing hidden gem, I had a great experience they were very accommodating to me in a motorized wheelchair. They were knowledge about shapes and matching colors, an extensive collection of colors and services. Open till 8pm on Saturday, two locations, accessible to public transit, features an ATM and kind service people. Check them out if your looking for somewhere that nails it!

I went to get my full set and , pedicure and eyebrows at this nail salon. My two big toes were not made the same shape. My nails had bubbles on it when it was dry. I had to buy another nail polish to paint my nails myself. Last but not least the lady burned both bottom of my eyes because of the hot wax while she was doing my eyebrows. I won’t be going there anymore . I only put one star because it won’t let me put zero stars. Go there at your own risk. This was unacceptable!

I have been going to Nick for my manicure, pedicure, nail art/dip powder/acrylic/gel for over 3 years and the service has been amazing throughout the entire time ! This is just one of the many beautiful sets he always manages to come up with! Thank you Nick!
