I had the most relaxing day at this spa. The individual attention was exceptional—appointments were kept right on schedule, and I truly felt like their focus was entirely on me. I really appreciate professionalism, and I loved that there were no distractions or interruptions. The calm, quiet atmosphere made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. Hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Had the most relaxing spa day! Erika was very accommodating and professional throughout my entire experience. Her attention to detail and attentiveness to her clients proves she truly loves and cares about what she does. If you are looking for a truly exclusive private day by yourself or with a group of friends I would highly recommend this establishment!

My facial and head spa experience at Timeless by Erika was wonderful. Erika is incredibly detail-oriented, well educated, and so nice — you can tell she truly wants every client to have a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and the service was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I will definitely be back.

Good luck I went once and never again after the experience I had with the owner Erika after leaving my necklace there after an appointment. Erika is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never dealt with something like this before at any spa, salon or buisness ever, especially over something so simple as coming back to pick up the necklace. What a rabbit hole of interrogations and receipts I the customer needed to send her to show proof of the amount of times my husband and I tried to stop by and call her to pick it up. Such a welcoming spa. Erika is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. The head spa was one of the best things I've done for myself in a while, so relaxing. The facial was great, and so many options to add in and pick from. And the salt room was so relaxing! I felt brand new after leaving. Highly recommended
