I had a pleasant experience getting microneedling at Timeless Aesthetics located in Madison Heights. From the moment I walked in, it felt very welcoming. The lobby was nicely decorated and had a calming aroma. Before the treatment my esthetician Kerri spent time with me explaining the process from the beginning to the ending. She was incredibly knowledgeable during the consultation, making me feel completely at ease. During the treatment the spa room was clean and had a very calming atmosphere. The numbing cream worked wonders, and Kerri was so gentle and meticulous that I barely felt a thing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Kerri.

She was extremely knowledgeable in our appointment and really spent the time getting to know me as a client and my medical history to be sure we were doing what was best. She is a very light hand, and there was absolutely no discomfort my whole appointment through injections. I highly recommend her and will be going back regularly!
