I visited Royal for the first time in May of 2022, and I have yet to miss a week since! Had a busy day ahead of me and my regular barber was booked, but I stumbled upon Royal, who was able to accommodate my schedule without any hassle. He got me in and out of the chair in a timely manner, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my fade. I will definitely be back! So I called at 136pm on a Monday. But appointment only to get a shape up a light fix. The owner said 4pm. I get there at 356pm. He text and said traffic running a little late. Ok fine. 431 comes. He's still not there. I text and say I'm leaning. It's aggregously LATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This why I don't like to support my people. They don't understand the value of business and then the owner text I'm here 10 minutes after I text and said I'm leaving. . I'm a50 year old woman who is punctual. Very disappointed
