Time Nails

WORST GEL EVER!! I called in to book an appt so that I won’t have to wait, I came in and waited at least 30 min! She rushed me so fast, was not relaxing at all, the ladies were screaming on the phone, and threw my hands around not being gentle at all! Besides that she messed up and made me bleed! She did at least 4 layers so my nails now are thick and bumpy! I told her to fix it up she told me I was moving to much and I don’t have even nails! A gel is $36 I said I’m not giving a tip because I’m not happy she didn’t do a good job but she forced me to give a tip saying it’s a busy day… I should have walked out and not paid anything! Horrible horrible service will never go back there! I think I will go tomorrow to a different nail salon to take it off! :(

I went there after doing a lot of research for my wedding nails. I called ahead and was told they could do gel, but when I got there they told me they don't do gel and couldn't do what I wanted which was pretty disappointing. My nails didn't look great once she was done. Some of the tips were crooked, and the sides of my nails didn't have the ombre, even after asking the tech to correct it. The tips started lifting the next day, and after taking the mani off safely with acetone I'm noticing how wrecked my nails are. She filed my nails way too thin and they are weak and brittle. One of my nails tore almost halfway down to my nail bed. I work extremely hard to take care of my nails and never file them, and this place completely ruined them. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Never had such a bad salon experience. I came in asking for gel. They right away tried convincing me to get the powder gel which is $10 more expensive than regular. Then they tried telling me the color I chose wasn’t good and I should pick a different color. Weird! The table where I sat had no paper towel, nothing to keep it sanitary. No wrist pad either. The tools looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. I asked clearly for rounded tips and she gave me sharp square corners. Kid you not. I kept saying “more rounded”, and she kept filing, til they were much shorter than I wanted. The gel mani itself was sloppy and streaky. They kept snapping at me to stick my hands deeper inside the UV dryers or they wouldn’t dry properly. Yeah right, nice excuse for their sloppy work. To top it off, they h
