Hands down thee best going here since I was 12 my stylist sits in first chair and I love her down makes me feel like a baddie every time. She so good if it’s a style she can’t do I don’t get it.😏🙂‍↔️

I went there around 10am February 22, 2021. Around 12pm, this lady had me on her chair. This lady being so rough comb my hair, hurt my scalp. She keeps pulling, yanking my hair every time she braided my hair. She kept scratched my neck, face and ears. I wanted a small box braid for $180, turned out she ripped me off. The back is a large box braid. Front is a medium box braid. I couldn’t say anything because #1 I’m deaf and #2 I don’t want to be late for work. This lady braided my hair so hard. Around 3:35pm she done braiding my hair, she rushed to microwave her food and doesn’t even bother to give me a mirror. The other lady keep braiding my hair while she pulling it. I texted the stylist that I wanted twists 2 days before my appointment. She seemed to agree on the style. The day of she calls trying to cancel on me as I'm driving there saying I'm running too late but it was really because I wanted twists. She explained that they don't do twists...... And they were only available for box braids that day. I really wanted my hair done so I agreed to get box braids instead. The lady that did most of my braids looked annoyed AT ME after she allowed me to reposition the middle part she was doing. I'm done with the money in my hand and the woman says "Are you done?" instead of telling me I was done. She tried to be a little nicer once she saw the money.....too late. Never going back there again.......

My daughter loves getting her hair done here! Covid has stopped us from going fir a bit but usually every month we go and my daughter’s braids always look amazing and hold up well.

Update: I have shoulder length interlocked dreads that are retouched using a crochet needle. I'm removing 3 stars because the unprofessionalism in this shop is ridiculous. Lots of runaround when attempting to make appointments. But appointments are pointless because they aren't honored. I made 2 appointments over a month and both were rescheduled. First the stylist didn't show up and no one else knew how to interlock using a crochet tool. Second time around I showed up for a 10 am appointment and was told to come back at 2. Came back at 2 and was told to come back the following day. I went to the nearest hair store, purchased a crochet needle for 1.49 and retouched my dreads for 8.99 (including products).
