I went to go get a haircut and I told nothing on top and they cut all my hair from da top

I was in this place for half an hour, it was my first time and the last. It seems that the stylists only want to cut men's hair because it is easier and they take money and they completely ignored me. Bad, bad service and lack of empathy. Messed my curly hair up bad. I asked for some layering on the front and small trim on the sides, and when she got done cutting my hair she started BLOW DRYING it, when she did that I knew she didn’t know how to cut my type of hair, and after that my hair was very frizzy and I thought it would curl back up and look better after I went home and washed it. I was wrong. One of my sides was cut wayyy shorter than the other and it looks absolutely horrible, now I have to find another place that can fix this DO NOT GO HERE

It was $25 for a simple hair trim. They tell you they are going to wash your hair and when you say No they wanna know why. I said my reasons because I did not want to be rude. I wasn't asked if I wanted my hair straightened she just went ahead and did it. They need to ask before doing anything. My trim was only 1 inch off my ends and I paid $25?? Yep. Never going back.

Took my son for a haircut that was scheduled at 9AM. Isaura, his stylist showed up 23 minutes late! She did not even apologize for being late. I tried calling the owner for a refund since the appointment was prepaid for while I was waiting. Not only did the owner not answer after calling multiple times, they didn’t even have the decency to return my call. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
