Tigon's Nails and Spa

Went for the first time yesterday and WONT be back! I got the deluxe pedicure and my polish didn’t even last 24 hours! The polish on my one toe completely came off! This is unacceptable and ridiculous after spending $50 on the pedicure! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Pedicure was fine but disappointed with the manicure. Did not even get all of the old gel polish off. Seemed very minimal effort. And then on top of that, charged me an extra $10 after already paying $65 for “gel removal”. I got a regular pedicure and manicure that would not be possible without removing the gel. And they didn’t say this up front of course. Very greedy and unprofessional. There’s better options around.

Horrible! Customer service sucks as well! I asked for a specific gel manicure. She didn’t even clean my cuticles. All she did was paint my nails look how horrible they look. It smells sooo bad in there!

I have a good experience every time I go, but unfortunately, the quality depends on who you get. I loved my nails but when I got a closer look when I got home, 2 of my nails had some bubbles and she didn’t shave down the underside of my acrylics and there was a bunch of extra acrylic at the corners of my nails. She definitely didn’t do a bunch of steps that is usual when you get acrylics. Hopeful that this is just a one off thing.

I have given this place a try a bunch of times because they will always take walk-ins. I will say that they do a great pedicure and I've never had complaints about my feet being done before. My nails are a different story. Every time I get tips done, they break off super fast. I got my nails done exactly a week ago and two already broke off. All I did was put a piece of paper in the trash can and one broke off so easily. The other broke when I was simply pulling on sweatpants after a shower. I have never had this problem with other salons so I don't know what they are doing differently, but it's not working. I also don't like how thick and unnatural they make the nails sometimes with dip. And they don't file the nails down after doing the dip to make sure it smooth so my nails always end u
