I went to the store this week I asked one of the employees for a hair dye and she said “if it’s not there WE DON’T HAVE it” she didn’t ask the manager or try to help me find something else I understand it was busy but that’s not the way to treat loyal customers. then I asked another lady for help and she kindly asked me for what color I needed and she told me to wait she went to the Store warehouse and came back with a box of the adore hair dye, she was so helpful and nice I believe her name is Veronica. I’m leaving 4 stars price was reasonable.

I have been shopping here over 20 years. They are usually nice and very helpful, but my encounter with an associate while I was there on 12/8/2025. Was unpleasant. Even though they no longer sold a particular item the i purchased there before, she was NOT helpful AT ALL with any suggestions. Her attitude was STANK. I walked out not purchasing anything. She let a $400 sale (me) walk right out the door. I also witnessed her treat another customer the SAME way. I'm giving 3 stars only because the owners and other staff members has always been nice, helpful & kind.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. Even after moving a few towns away. They are extremely consistent with their products and always upgrading and adapting to the current fashion trends. Although I've only bought men's hair gel, I have brought and recommended this place to any, and all the women I know are shopping for beauty supplies. It is always very clean. For the most part and my experience, the staff is helpful and friendly. The price has obviously gone up with the bad economy, but it is still very fair compared to other places and online prices. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Owner followed me . I felt disrespected. Never get my dollar again . But they carry a variety for your beauty needs
