Nail tech convinced me on 1-28-26 to get hard gel nails instead of a dip manicure, at $60 for the service. Supposedly similar longevity to dip— but my hard gel lasted till 2-8-26. Went in to get them repaired and filled— instead got charged for a whole new set ($60) despite explaining the situation. Really disappointed by the whole experience as the salon is really clean + has lots of colors :(

The customer care here is truly unmatched Not only did my nails turn out absolutely beautiful, but the entire experience felt luxurious and stress-free. Very sweet and patient nail stylists. The salon is always clean. I’ve had three pedicures and the massage is too gentle for me. Like not a massage. The new pedicure chairs have cold water and even when I told the tech, she hardly put tea kettle water in my bath. I paid for a luxury pedicure and highly advise against this experience. They do have bottled water and wine available upon request. If you ask for more wine it’s $5 extra charge. Even when you pay for the luxury pedicure. I suggest going earlier in the week when it’s not crowded, and I always call ahead of time to make sure they have availability.

Everyone at the salon is very kind and friendly. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to your preferences for styles.

Not impressed by the pedicure. Polish was sloppy. She painted my actual toes. Also left a lot of dead skin on my toes and feet. I can do better myself for free.
