You folks are the best. In today’s world customer service is rare. I will never use anyone but Ticket King as they bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. Old school genuine customer care. I have done maybe 3 of these Google reviews in my life. I felt compelled as I am blown away by the way they operate. First class all the way. Absolutely tremendous customer service. They helped me with a very stressful situation with a third party company (who shall rename nameless, but it is a collective of geeks who sell seats). Ann was an absolute sweetheart with helping me resolve the situation and keeping me up to date with everything happening. These folks are great. I've been buying my Packer tickets through them since 2013 and don't see that ending anytime soon! Thank yall for everything that you do.

I was buying tickets for the Green Bay Packers Home Opener this year 2025. I live in CT so my only option I thought was Ticketmaster BUT then I was lucky enough to find Ann and Ticket King. At Ticket King, the folks answering the phones are Super kind and friendly they answer the phone calls fast, they live in Wisconsin and are Green Bay Packer fans.
