Tiara Nails and Spa

Went and got a pedi and then a mani and they are so sweet! The sweet lady that did my mani and pedi was so gentle, and helped fix my super thin nails that were messed up from somewhere else. She helped me pick colors and was very gentle with my nail beds. The prices are great, the massages are so good as well. The dogs are also a huge plus! Will be going back for sure. (No pics of my pedi bc i don’t give out feet pics for free lol)

Went on a Sunday to have my eyebrows waxed. Specifically asked to make sure the wax wasn’t too hot and by the time I asked it was already applied to my lid. This is now Thursday. Not only is is burned but the skin is completely ripped and starting to swell. When I went to complain I was given 10 dollars and told sorry.

The owners are such great people. I absolutely love seeing Pizza and Coffee, two of the sweetest pups! Helen is so wonderful and takes such great care of me everytime. She does an amazing job and is incredibly kind and gentle. Makes my day when I schedule a visit! Highly recommend Tiara Nails and Spa!

I went in for a spa manicure and pedicure. As far as the pedicure..The woman seemed to take a long time, so I thought she was doing a good job. When I got home and looked at my toenails there were basically puddles of polish along the edges, and the paint has strange shadowing in it. Lots of dry skin still on my toes and feet. But the manicure looks okay.

I went to them for my sister's wedding to get my nails done. I got a full set, acrylic frenchtip with a design. They were beautiful when they came out, but not even a day later, my ring finger was incredibly INFECTED. I had to TAKE THEM OFF AND was put on medication to be safe from bacteria. My finger was red, swollen, pussing along the inside of my cuticles, and has now turned into now missing half of MY nail.( until it falls off because it has literally been deteriating) I will never go back again. Clearly, they are not sanitizing their equipment they use. I don't get my nails done ever. It really sucks not being able to trust new places when it comes to taking care of new customers and cleaning their spaces. Absolutly DISGUSTED. Update: 1 month later, my nail won't grow back.
